Orqia Child Safety Standards

Policy and Enforcement Standards

Orqia applies a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Orqia is designed only for users aged 18 and over.

1) Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
• Creating, uploading, transmitting, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM.
• Sexual communication, grooming, manipulation, trust-building, or attempts to arrange meetings with children for sexual purposes.
• Coercing or encouraging children to create or send sexual content or engage in sexual conduct.
• Sextortion, threats, pressure, or coercive sexual exploitation.
• Commercial sexual exploitation of children, trafficking, or conduct supporting similar illegal activity.

2) In-App Reporting

Orqia users can use the Report feature inside a conversation to report inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are reviewed for safety and abuse-prevention purposes.

3) Review and Enforcement

User connections confirmed to violate these standards may be restricted or blocked. Depending on the nature of the violation, relevant content and technical records may be retained to the extent permitted or required by applicable law for safety review and legal processes.

4) CSAM Reporting Process

For confirmed child sexual abuse material cases, Orqia cooperates with competent national or regional authorities and follows required reporting processes in accordance with applicable law.

5) Age Requirement

Orqia is not designed for anyone under 18. People under the age of 18 must not use the application.
